He has coached Team Canada at the FINA World Juniors and is helping current and future Olympians train at the HPC. He will also being doing a breakout session for our senior coaches and one that is open to all.

We are also excited to have Rob Pettifer present two keynotes. He was named by Swimming Canada as the Speed Swimming Head Coach for the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru this summer. The conference will take place in between training camps so we’re excited about what he will be able to tell our coaches about how he is helping our national team athletes prepare for competition as well as new technical aspects that are being used at the highest level of our sport. He coaches Paralympian Jonathan Dieleman so he will also be able to share knowledge with our coaches about working with athletes who have different training needs. He started his coaching career with the BCSSA so we are excited to welcome him back.
