Great news for the OK Region. The BCSSA championship provincial meet will be held at the Kamloops Canada Games Pool on August 10-17 2019.
Winter Maintenance Registration for the 2018/19 Season is now open on our Active site.
Just a quick review for all parents and swimmers.
Winter Maintenance is only open to the following levels:
SUPER DOLPHINS / JR. DEVELOPMENT / JUNIOR / SR. TRANSITION
*Due to the low registration from our SENIOR swimmers because of after school sports and other activities we will not be offering winter registration to this swim level.
The days and hours finalized with the City of Kamloops for our winter season are as follows:
TUESDAY and THURSDAYS ( GROUP 1 )
6:30 – 7:30pm at TCC
Cost : $150.00 per swimmer
This session is open to JR DEVELOPMENT / JUNIOR / SR. TRANSITION
- Pls note Jr Development swimmers must have been swimming at this level most of the summer to participate in this session.
Registration is limited so please register soon if your child is interested.
6:30 – 7:30pm at TCC
Cost ; $120.00 per swimmer
This session is open to SUPER DOLPHINS ( GROUP 3 )
and newly graduated JR DEVELOPMENT ( GROUP 2 )
- This Friday session is dependant on enrolment, if the registration is low the session will not run.
It is strongly encouraged if your child is in Jr Development and plans to only swim one day a week in the TUES/THURS session they register instead for the Friday session.
The Friday session will have a smaller Coach to Swimmer ratio and there is no discount offered if you cannot make both days of the Tues/Thursday session.
The Winter Maintenance season will run from the first week of October 2018 and complete before Spring Break in March 2019.

Hello OK Regional Members,
Due to the City of Kamloops’ new rules regarding concessions the Tsunami Club will no longer be able to grill on the grounds at Brock Pool.
We have secured a fantastic Food Truck to be on site to feed the masses. They have provided a great menu and we hope it meets everyone’s needs.
The menu is as follows:
Sausage and Egger: Your classic breakfast sandwich served on a
English Muffin with or without cheese.
Gyro and Egger: A twist on your classic breakfast sandwich served
with gyro meat and Tzatziki.
Lunch and beyond:
Pizza by the slice: Pepperoni, Ham and Pineapple and Cheese
Hot Dogs: Everyone’s goto all big beef dogs.
Donairs: Gyro meat, onions, tomato, lettuce and our very own
Coffee and Muffins will be available throughout the day.
The Tsunami Swimmers will be selling:
Frozen Treats, Soft Drinks, Energy Bars and other packaged goodies we hope you will support our small but stocked concession.
